At Elite Aromatics, we are dedicated to delivering the highest standard of pure, unadulterated essential oils. To ensure that the therapeutic quality, safety, and absolute purity of our signature blends are never compromised, all our products are meticulously sealed in protective amber glass bottles.
Because we maintain zero compromise on hygiene and product integrity, once a tamper-evident seal cap is cracked, the oil cannot be verified or resold due to the risk of chemical or fluid contamination. Therefore, all sales at Elite Aromatics are final. Goods once sold are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
We gladly facilitate replacements or exchanges exclusively under the strict verification criteria detailed below.
1. Valid Criteria for Replacements & Exchanges
An order is only eligible for a replacement or exchange if:
Transit Damage or Leakage: The protective amber glass bottle is cracked, broken, or leaking upon delivery.
Incorrect Fulfillment: The product delivered does not match the specific model, variant, or fragrance listed on your invoice.
Strict Rule on Used Products: We cannot accept or judge any product once it has been handled or opened. If the security seal cap is broken, it is permanently ineligible for any exchange.
Bespoke / Customized Products: Custom blends and personalized orders are not subject to return or exchange under any circumstances.
2. Mandatory Verification & Timeline (Strict Ground Rules)
To protect our brand and genuine clientele from fraudulent claims, your replacement request will be strictly rejected and deemed invalid if you fail to meet the following security protocols:
🚫 No Unboxing Video: You must record a continuous, unedited unboxing video from start to finish (clearly showing the courier label before opening).
🚫 Missed Timeline: You must Email or WhatsApp your full unboxing video and claim details to us within 2 days (48 hours) of the delivery timestamp.
3. The Elite Replacement Process
If your luxury package arrives damaged, please notify us immediately within the 48-hour window so we can expedite a resolution.
Submit Your Claim: Email us at info@elitearomatics.com our team with your order ID and the complete unboxing video.
Return Shipment: Upon approval, the product must be shipped back to our facility in its original luxury packaging, box, and invoice, with no damage to the serial/batch numbers or product labels.
Same-Day Priority Dispatch: The moment the item arrives at our facility and passing quality inspection, we will dispatch your pristine replacement product on the same day.
