1. Order Dispatch & Processing Timelines

  • Prepaid Orders: 99% of all prepaid orders are securely packed and shipped within 24 hours.

  • Weekend Orders: Any orders placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be dispatched on the following Monday.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines

We offer Cash on Delivery to select pin codes across India, subject to the following strict conditions:

  • Compulsory Call Confirmation: All COD orders require a telephone confirmation. Our team will contact you to verify your order. Once confirmed, your order will be dispatched the next day. Unconfirmed orders will not be shipped.

  • Important Fraud Alert & Security Warning:

    ⚠️ Please Note: Our logistics team or courier partners will NEVER ask you to make an online payment via a link or QR code before a Cash on Delivery order is handed over. If you receive text messages or WhatsApp links asking for payment for a COD option, do not pay. Only pay in cash or via official digital methods directly to the delivery agent at the time of physical delivery.

3. Tracking Your Shipment

As soon as your package leaves our facility, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking details. You will be able to track your package's live journey directly on the official courier website.

4. Courier Partners & Estimated Delivery Times

We partner with India's leading logistics providers to ensure safe and prompt delivery:

  • Our Shipping Partners: DTDC, Expressbees, and Delhivery.

  • Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery across India usually takes 5 to 6 business days from the date of dispatch.
